Mindfulness in Depth brings the depth of those traditions back. Each course pairs rigorous psychological theory with grounded contemplative practice, drawing on Jungian depth psychology, Tibetan Buddhism, and the broader imaginal tradition.
You don't need a prior meditation practice to benefit. You do need to be willing to look honestly at your inner life.
